2. Payment Methods
All payments are processed via Klarna, offering the following options: invoice, installment plan, credit card, and direct bank payment.

3. Legal Compliance

4. Prices and Additional Charges
Product prices, shipping fees, and any additional charges (e.g., invoicing fees) are clearly stated at checkout. No additional costs will apply unless explicitly stated.
5. Unclaimed Packages
If you fail to collect your package, we will charge you for the shipping cost and return handling fee.
6. Right of Withdrawal
• You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase upon receiving the item.
• Exclusions: Gift cards, underwear, hygiene products, custom orders, and personalized items (e.g., jerseys with custom names and numbers).
7. Unclaimed Packages and Right of Withdrawal
Unclaimed packages do not qualify for the right of withdrawal.
8. Returns
• The returned item must be in new condition and include the packing slip.
• The customer pays for the return shipping and is responsible for ensuring the item reaches us.
• Returns will not be accepted without the original packing slip.
9. Refunds
• Once the right of withdrawal is exercised, we will process the refund within 30 days.
• Refunds cover the item price excluding shipping fees and return shipping costs.
• For invoice purchases, contact Klarna to ensure proper crediting.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions.
11. Delayed Delivery & Stock Issues
• If a delivery is delayed beyond 14 days from payment, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
• The seller assumes responsibility for the item until it reaches the buyer.
12. Complaints and Warranty
• You have the right to file a complaint within three years, provided that the item was faulty at the time of delivery.
• Report defects as soon as possible.
• Disputes should be directed to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), whose recommendations we follow.
• A packing slip or receipt is required for complaints.
13. Damaged Item Reporting
• Visible damage: Report immediately to PostNord/DHL upon delivery.
• Hidden defects: Report to IFK Göteborg Promotion AB within three days.
