Shipping Information

Blåvittshopen partners with PostNord and DHL for order deliveries.

We offer shipping within Sweden and the EU:

• PostNord Shipping: Used for all domestic shipments within Sweden.

• DHL Express Worldwide: Used for shipments within the EU.

• In-Store Pickup: Available at our store at Gamla Ullevi after receiving a delivery confirmation (Sweden-only orders).

Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 3-5 business days.

• Custom orders: Additional delivery time may apply.

Shipping Costs (Sweden)

• Orders up to 1500 SEK: 69 SEK shipping fee.

• Orders over 1500 SEK: Free shipping.

Shipping Costs (EU)

• All EU countries (excluding Iceland): 400 SEK shipping fee.

• Iceland: 420 SEK shipping fee.

Important: Please provide a valid email address and mobile number for delivery updates and notifications. All shipments receive a unique tracking ID.

Reporting a Damaged Item

If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

• Visible damage: Report directly to PostNord/DHL upon delivery.

• Hidden defects: Report to IFK Göteborg Promotion AB within three days of receiving the item.
