Terms of purchase
1. The seller means:

2. All payments are made via Klarna's payment solution and you as a customer have the following payment options: invoice, account, card and direct payment via your bank. For terms and conditions and contact information, see: https://klarna.com/sv/kundservice
3. We comply with applicable provisions in the Marketing Act, the Consumer Purchase Act, the Price Information Act, the Distance Contracts Act, the Consumer Credit Act, the Personal Data Act and other Swedish legislation.
4. Product prices, shipping costs and any invoice costs are clearly stated at the time of purchase. No additional costs will be added unless these are clearly stated.
5. If packages from us are not redeemed, you as a customer will be charged our postal delivery costs and the cost of returning the goods to us.
6. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the goods are received. This does not apply to gift cards, underwear, hygiene items, custom-made goods and special products that have been individually adapted for the customer's purposes (for example, match shirts with a unique print such as a name and number).
7. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
8. If you cancel your purchase, the item must be returned to us in new condition, and the return shipping must be paid by the customer. You as the customer are responsible for returning the item to the point of sale and bear the risk during return shipping. Please note that a return cannot be approved if the delivery note from your purchase is not attached.
9. From the time the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the seller must refund the amount that the customer has paid for the returned product within 30 days. The refund includes the amount for the product received, excluding shipping costs and return shipping (see point 8). When returning goods purchased via invoice, you as a customer must always contact Klarna to ensure your invoice is credited.
10. By accepting the terms and conditions of purchase, the customer is considered to be informed of the right of withdrawal.
11. In the event of delivery delays or if the ordered item is out of stock, the buyer has the right to terminate the agreement. A full refund will then be made, in the same way as in point 8. A delivery delay is considered to be if the item has not been delivered within 14 days of receipt of payment. The seller bears the risk until the shipment reaches the buyer.
12. IFK Göteborg Promotion AB applies the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act, which means that you have the right to complain about a product within three years, provided that the product was faulty at the time of delivery. However, for the benefit of both parties, we want you to report any defects and errors as soon as possible. In the event of a dispute, we recommend that you contact the Swedish General Complaints Board. We always follow their recommendations. Complaints cannot be accepted without an attached delivery note or receipt from your purchase.
13. If you receive a faulty item, we would like you to do the following:
Visible error: Must be reported directly to the post office upon receipt of the goods.
Hidden defect: Must be reported to IFK Göteborg Promotion AB within three days of receipt of the goods.
