I wonder how long I have the right to exchange?

When purchasing from our e-commerce or souvenir shop, you always have a 30-day exchange right from the day you received the item. Exceptions apply to items purchased online and in-store from 25/11-23/12, which have an extended exchange right and can be exchanged until 31 January 2025.

I wonder if you have open purchases?

When purchasing from our e-commerce site, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods.

When purchasing in our souvenir shop, you have 8 days of purchase on approval on goods at regular prices from the day you made the purchase.

I wish to return one or more items - How do I proceed?

You can return one or more items within 14 days of the day you received your order.
Please note that this only applies to goods in new condition, at regular prices and without personalization - for example, printing on match shirts or engraved glasses.
You as the customer are responsible for the shipping costs of the return and for the risk during the return shipping. For more information - see our terms of purchase.

1. Place the item(s) you wish to return in suitable packaging.

2. Include a receipt/delivery note in the package that clearly states which product(s) you wish to return.

3. Send the item(s) as a letter to: Blåvittshopen, Parkgatan 53B, 411 38 Gothenburg.

4. Once we have received your shipment, a refund of the returned product will be made within 30 days via Klarna and the payment method you chose at the time of order.

I will return parts of my order - What will happen to the invoice?

Once we have received your return, the returned goods will be removed from the invoice and an updated version will be sent to you via Klarna. Wait for the adjustment and pay the updated invoice.
If you have already paid your original invoice, a refund will be made.

I would like to change the size or color of one or more items - How do I proceed?

You can exchange one or more items within 30 days of the date you received your order.
Please note that you can only exchange color or size in the same price category as your original item. You cannot exchange products with personalized enhancements such as printed jerseys or engraved glasses.
You as the customer are responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange and for the risk during the return shipping, and Blåvittshopen is responsible for the shipping cost and the risk of the shipment with your new size or color.

I would like to know the general opening hours for the souvenir shop at Gamla Ullevi

Our regular opening hours for our store at Gamla Ullevi are: Monday – Friday 12:00–18:00. Saturday 11:00–15:00. Also always open on match days, the store opens three hours before the match starts. For deviations, see our opening hours here .

I am a member of the association and want to use my discount on Blåvittshopen's e-commerce - How do I proceed?

As a member of IFK Göteborg you get a 10% discount on regular prices at Blåvittshopen.
The discount is valid in the store upon presentation of a valid membership card.

To take part in it on our webshop:

1. Click on "I have a discount code" - Enter the discount code (which can be downloaded in the application for members). The discount will be automatically applied to the products it is valid for.

2. Fill in your membership number by clicking "I want to enter a message" at checkout.
These two steps need to be done for the code to be valid.

I have an annual pass and want to use my discount on Blåvittshopen's e-commerce - How do I proceed?

As an annual card holder, you get a 15% discount on regular prices at Blåvittshopen. The discount is valid in the store upon presentation of a valid annual card. To take advantage of it on our webshop: 1. Click on "I have a value code" - Enter the discount code (which you received in an email with general annual card benefits). The discount is automatically applied to the products it is valid for. 2. Enter your annual card number by clicking on "I want to enter a message" at checkout. These two steps need to be done for the code to be valid

I want to shop and have the invoice/payment sent to my company - How do I proceed?

Follow the steps below:1. Add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart.2. Click on "I am shopping as: Corporate customer" under "Basic information" in the checkout.3. Click on "I want to enter a message" and fill in which match you have a ticket for and your seat information (Section, row and seat number or box number) in the checkout. This step is mandatory so that the order can be delivered correctly to your seat/box inside the arena.4. Fill in the remaining information and complete the purchase. When your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.5. On the day of the match, your order can be picked up at your seat/box inside the arena.
