Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
When purchasing from our online store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards, underwear, hygiene products, custom orders, or personalized products, such as jerseys with custom printing.
Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day exchange policy from the date you receive your item, both for online and in-store purchases. Exceptions apply to purchases made between November 25 and December 23, which have an extended exchange period until January 31, 2025.
Return Process
To return one or more items, follow these steps:
1. Place the item(s) in appropriate packaging.
2. Include a receipt or packing slip clearly indicating the products you are returning.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and the item until it reaches us. Returns will not be accepted if the packing slip from your purchase is not included.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 30 days via Klarna, using the same payment method as your original purchase. The refund covers the cost of the returned item(s) excluding the original shipping fee and return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only available for items within the same price category. Personalized products, such as jerseys with custom printing, cannot be exchanged. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, while we cover the shipping cost for sending the new item to you.
Complaints
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
• Visible defects must be reported directly to the carrier upon delivery.
• Hidden defects must be reported to us within three days of receiving the item.
We comply with the Consumer Purchase Act, meaning you have the right to file a complaint within three years, provided that the item was faulty at the time of delivery.
