Shipping terms

Blåvittshopen uses PostNord and DHL for delivery of shipments.

Blåvittshopen offers delivery within Sweden and the EU:

- Shipping via PostNord: We use PostNord as our shipping partner for all our shipments sent within Sweden.

- Shipping via DHL Express Worldwide: We use DHL as our shipping partner for all our shipments sent within the EU.

- Pick up in store: Pick up in the store at Gamla Ullevi after delivery confirmation has been received by the customer, only applies to Swedish orders.

Normal delivery time is 3-5 working days. When ordering custom products, extra delivery days may be added to your order.

Shipping costs Sweden:

Order value 0-1500 SEK - Shipping 69 SEK

Order value 1501 SEK – Free shipping

Shipping costs EU:

All countries within the EU (Excluding Iceland) - Shipping 400 SEK (Shipping 420 SEK for Iceland)

It is important that you provide your email address and mobile number for delivery information and notification. All shipments sent receive a unique tracking ID.

If you receive a faulty item, we would like you to do the following:

Visible error: Must be reported directly to PostNord/DHL upon receipt of the goods.

Hidden defect: Must be reported to IFK Göteborg Promotion AB within three days of receipt of the goods.
