When can I choose the "Place Bag" as a delivery method?
If you have a ticket for a numbered seating section for any of IFK Göteborg's home matches at Gamla Ullevi, you can choose "Platspåsen" as the delivery method.
I want to choose "Platspåsen" as the delivery method - How do I proceed?
Follow the steps below:
1. Add the products you wish to order to the shopping cart.
2. Click on "I want to enter a message" and fill in the match you have a ticket for and your seat information (Section, row and seat number) at checkout. This step is mandatory so that the order can be delivered correctly to your seat inside the arena.
3. Fill in the remaining information and complete the purchase. When your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
4. On match day, your order can be picked up at your seat inside the arena.
Can I choose products from the entire range?
Yes, you can buy products from the entire range. However, if you choose to buy custom-made items (for example, glasses with your own engraving or a scarf with your own embroidery, etc.), we cannot guarantee guaranteed delivery on match day due to longer delivery times.
When do I have to place my order for guaranteed delivery on match day?
It varies from match to match, current time and information can be found under the delivery method "Seat bag" in the checkout.
I want to shop and have the invoice/payment sent to my company - How do I proceed?
Follow the steps below:
1. Add the products you wish to order to the shopping cart.
2. Click on "I am shopping as: Business customer" under "Basic information" in the checkout.
3. Click on "I want to enter a message" and fill in which match you have a ticket for and your seat information (Section, row and seat number or box number) at checkout. This step is mandatory so that the order can be delivered correctly to your seat/box inside the arena.
4. Fill in the remaining information and complete the purchase. When your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
5. On match day, your order can be picked up at your seat/box inside the arena.
